Tops has a wonderful promotional. They give you a free balloon for your infant when you go shopping there. Hyrum LOVES these balloons. Here he is at home playing with one. What a delight!

I LOVE the clips that they give with the balloons too. I save them in the diaper bag to use when we get balloons from other, less inspired, places. (:
